Meet Our Flock

At the heart of The Chicken Barm is our ever-growing flock here in Solihull. From tiny Pekins and fluffy Silkies to our beautiful Brahmas, our chickens are very much part of the family.

As The Chicken Barm grows, we're developing dedicated breeding groups alongside our much-loved mixed flock, allowing us to offer a growing selection of pure breed and farmyard hatching eggs, chicks and poultry.

Our Breeds

Our flock currently includes a wonderful mix of breeds, including Brahmas, Pekins, Silkies, Old English Game, Marans, Leghorns, Orpingtons and more.

Some form part of our dedicated breeding groups, while others happily make up our colourful mixed flock - responsible for some of the wonderfully unpredictable chicks you'll see hatching at The Chicken Barm.

We're carefully developing our breeding groups with health, temperament and quality at the heart of our plans.

As each group becomes established, you'll be able to meet the parent birds here and see exactly where our pure breed hatching eggs and chicks come from.
