Shipping & Delivery Policy

Local Collection (Solihull) All live animals - including chicks - are available for local collection only from our small family farm in Solihull. Collection is by appointment only; please get in touch via our contact page to arrange a suitable time before placing your order.

Hatching Eggs - UK Postage Fertile hatching eggs can be posted to mainland UK addresses. We charge a flat rate of £5.00 per order for postage. Eggs are packed with great care using specialist packaging to protect them during transit, but we cannot guarantee hatch rates as these may be affected by handling during delivery.

Please inspect your eggs on arrival and report any damage within 24 hours of receipt by contacting us with photos. We are unable to accept damage claims made after this period.

Dispatch Days Hatching eggs are dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays to minimise time in transit over weekends. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Collecting Live Birds When collecting chicks or other live birds, please bring a suitable, ventilated box or carrier. Birds will only be released to the named purchaser or an agreed representative. We reserve the right to refuse collection if we have welfare concerns about the proposed housing or transport arrangements.
